Seeking God's Revelation is a collection of 48 devotionals stemming out of the following 4 series.

The motivation behind each Series.

Treasures in the Text Series - The Bible is not merely a history book or a collection of inspirational texts. It is two thousand years of God's revelation to people throughout history. From their experiences and perspectives, we can discover our own revelation of God. This has been my journey with God for the past ten years. Studying Scripture became a rediscovering of the God I thought I knew as a child. Through my graduate courses, I began to realize that God Ironically, this often comes when we decide that religion has put God into a box we don't like. In retaliation, we conveniently put God into a box that we like.

Function of Church and Community Series - My MTh thesis and passion for Scripture is based on the belief the Bible contains God's blueprint for his ideal community. The design was never about the Form of the community, but its Function. What's exciting is that, while the form was for then and there, the function of community is translatable for any community, culture, and time.

Self-Worth in Scripture Series - Since 2012, I have been running my NGO, Hope Torch, in South India. It is based on the vision and belief that every person has an inherent Self-Worth that is not dependent on society's estimation of their value. It is revealed in the potential we have to make a contribution to ourselves and our community. This belief has always been founded in my understanding of God's perspective of Man. We are capable of revealing God's glory, that is our worth. This is an exploration of all the aspects of Self-Worth that we find in Scripture. For ten years, I have had these conversations with my team. Now I'm grateful to share them with others as well.

Convergenism Series - This collection of my writings, sermons, and reflections stems from my own journey from agnosticism back to God. I had to rediscover God for myself, and I will forever be grateful to God that he patiently guided me on this journey. I believe I'm not the only one on this journey, and hope that others can also seek God's revelation for them along the way.

Each devotional is written as a 3-day journey in Scripture and reflection.

Day 1 - Explore the text as you discover the heart of the author and their purpose in producing the text. We all learn memory verses and know the stories. There is a deeper joy in understanding why the author found it relevant to tell this story in this specific way. The themes that emerge are a reflection of their own experience and revelation with God.

Day 2 - Reflect on the themes that emerge as they relate to you and your journey with God.

Day 3 - Gain perspective by reading my own reflection on one of the themes that emerge. This is my perspective and not yours. That's why it's Day 3, so as to not shape your own thoughts before you form them.
